This book is quite a disappointment after the previous classroom series book. I will not buy again online in this series

They took my money but I never received a textbook. I kept waiting for it and I eventually got too far behind in the class to catch up, even after I bought it again from another source. I had to drop the class all because of this awful company. I lost money in more ways than just the textbook. I want it back.

This book is a great resource with good content, but the shipping is unacceptable. I ordered this on December 9th and it has just now arrived 9the 30th). It took 21 DAYS for this to come in. Thats not 6-8 business days! Also, its in poor condition, like its used. There is rips and scratches on the cover, and some soiling of the pages. I don’t mean its not usable, but its frustrating to order a new book and receive a used one. Two stars for the content, none for shipping or description accuracy.
